Brakes

• Check pad and rotor condition and advise as necessary
• Check alignment, leaver operation and performance
• Full bleed front and rear

Drivetrain

• Strip, clean and degrease entire drivetrain
• Rebuild and lubricate using all new cables
• Check derailleur alignment
• Check chain for wear, stretch and appropriate length
• Index gears and ensure smooth operation

Dropper Post

• Check for smooth operation and advise as necessary
• Replace remote cables

Wheels

• Check wheel trueness, adjust where necessary
• Check sealant condition and top up as necessary
• Check tyre condition

Frame

• Strip and clean all parts
• Check surfaces, bearing seats and threads for wear and damage
• Inspect headset and bottom bracket bearings and advise as necessary
• Remove and inspect linkage, check bearings and axles, advise as necessary
• Check rear axel for wear
• Rebuild, re-grease and re-lubricate

Suspension

• Fork service including new seals and fluids
• Shock service including new seals and fluids
• Inspect condition and operation of all adjusters and mounting hardware. Advise as necessary

Safety Check

• Inspect frame and all components for signs of excessive wear and potentially dangerous condition
• Ensure all bolts are fastened at correct torque
