Orbea Laufey H30 2026

2026 Orbea Laufey H-L30 – The Fun-Hardtail Starting Point

The Laufey H-L30 is the most accessible way into Orbea’s do-everything hardtail – a tough alloy frame, 140 mm fork and modern geometry that’s happy on trail centres, steeps and after-work razzing. It’s simple, durable and built for riders who want one bike to play everywhere without worrying about maintenance or fancy gadgets.

Ā

Triple-Butted Alloy Frame with Proper Trail Geo

The hydroformed, triple-butted aluminium frame runs 29" wheels, Boost spacing and ISCG 05 mounts, so it’s ready for hard riding and future upgrades. A steep seat tube and straight, uninterrupted seat tube let you run long-travel droppers, while the slack front end and short rear keep it stable at speed but easy to manual and flick around.

Ā

140 mm RockShox Fork and Big Tyre Clearance

A 140 mm RockShox Recon RL fork gives the H-L30 controlled support for rougher tracks without overcomplicating setup. The frame swallows big volume tyres with ease, and the stock 2.4" Maxxis Dissector front and rear strike a nice balance between rolling speed and cornering bite.

Ā

Shimano Deore 12-Speed Simplicity

Shimano Deore 12-speed shifting, a wide-range 11–51T cassette and a forged alloy crank keep the drivetrain simple, robust and easy to service. Paired with Shimano MT201 brakes, you get reliable stopping and shifting without blowing the budget.

Ā

Finished with Real Trail Touches

800 mm OC bars, a short stem and a proper dropper post come stock, so the cockpit feels like a modern trail bike right out of the box. Tubeless-ready 29c rims mean it’s easy to drop pressures and add grip when you’re ready.

Ā

Who Is the Laufey H-L30 For?

Riders looking for a tough, playful hardtail that won’t complain about being ridden hard, jumped or pointed down steeper tracks – but who still want to keep things wallet-friendly. It’s the ā€œride anything, upgrade laterā€ Laufey.
